"I was very disappointed with the level of customer service I received. The representative I spoke with was unprofessional and dismissive. I called to request an estimate and mentioned that I’m a customer for several years. However, he insisted that the account was listed only under my husband’s name. When I tried to clarify that I am also listed on the account, he responded abruptly and repeatedly stated that I was not, without taking the time to verify or ask for additional information. This interaction did not reflect the level of professionalism or courtesy I have come to expect from this company. Then hHe decided to put me on a quit hold without telling me and 10 min after a lady answer me laughing. This happened 11/13 at 2 o clock estimate."

Se nos mojó nuestra casa en estas tormentas que hubo y empezó a gotear adentro y dicen que calificamos para los arreglos , entonces que es lo que cubren no entiendo, tenemos 3 carros con ellos la casa y en seguro de vida y no nos ayudaron , solo no quiero que le pase esto a otras personas porque de verdad es frustrante ver que tu casa se destruye y no te ayuden cuando se supone que estás pagando mes por mes para eso . Totalmente decepcionada de esta Aseguranza 0% recomendada .👎"

"There is one outstanding employee at this location. Kevin Martinez was outstanding on his customer service skills. I was irritated 😤 and upset had been waiting for someone else to reach out to me. The past 3 people I talked to had no reasonable explanation and answer to my questions. He calmly explained everything to me and gave me answers and solutions to my concerns.
