"Went to get insurance here, and Yesenia Uriarte went above and beyond to give me the best quotes, and helped me figure what worked for me. She also helped me get the app on my phone, plugged my car up literally went outside in the heat to help me. Customer service at its finest. And then there is 2 other agents named Kevin and Jhoana the kindest people they where so helpful when i walked in they offered drinks and just felt the vibe of kindness. I will definitely recommend this office to all my family and friends and their family and friends.. The atmosphere is family oriented and welcoming. Definitely and insurance company worth keeping with ppl like this makes me feel valued."

"If I could give this company a negative rating, I would. This has been, by far, the worst insurance company we have ever dealt with.

When we purchased the policy, the company thoroughly explained all of the available coverages and benefits. However, once we actually needed to use those benefits, we were told our coverage was being cutoff due to “overuse.” It is extremely misleading to advertise and sell coverage that policyholders are later discouraged or prevented from using when they need it most.

The company has no problem collecting premiums on time every month, but when it comes time to honor the coverage they sold, the experience has been disappointing and frustrating.

Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company and would strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing a policy to carefully review the terms, ask detailed questions about coverage limits because the sales associates don’t even bother to let you know there are limitations, and understand how claims and benefit usage are handled before signing up."

"Falta de profesionalismo, música vulgar y vestimenta vulgar. Ayer fui a la agencia con mi esposo y una de las “señoritas” estaba vestida con una falda blanca transparente y tejida donde no dejaba nada a la imaginación, parecía que estaba vestida para trabajar en un congal en vez de una agencia que se supone es respetable; El mes pasado misma experiencia con la señora que se sienta justo al lado de ella, más interesada en vendernos una póliza de vida que resolver nuestro problema, mostrando vulgarmente sus pechos hacia nosotros. Tendré que buscar una agencia que muestre más respeto por sus clientes. Totalmente inaceptable!"

04/04/2026 Update: My coverage is supposed to be the same as the previous coverage with the last company. Now years later, only ever using my insurance one time for a windshield replacement with my last company where it was zero deductible. You should be ashamed. I used my glass coverage before bringing services to you so I know for a fact I had glass coverage."
