"There is one outstanding employee at this location. Kevin Martinez was outstanding on his customer service skills. I was irritated 😤 and upset had been waiting for someone else to reach out to me. The past 3 people I talked to had no reasonable explanation and answer to my questions. He calmly explained everything to me and gave me answers and solutions to my concerns. Got me calm and kept me cool after the whole process with out once asking me to hold or wait. Amazing 🤩 employee."
